ABOUT ME
I am a licensed psychologist, assistant professor, consultant, speaker, and educator. I am committed to making mental health care more equitable and accessible through integrated systems of service delivery that emphasize prevention. My research and consultation initiatives center on improving schools’ capacity to deliver culturally-responsive social-emotional and behavioral health programming. Clinically, I work to cultivate wellbeing in children, adults, and systems by integrating various therapeutic modalities and adapting them to fit real-world contexts such as schools and primary care clinics. As a 200-hour registered yoga teacher and a certified Yoga Calm instructor, I incorporate yoga and mindfulness practices into my work with children and adults. During my free time, I enjoy spending time in nature, traveling, and supporting the arts.
